(i) The location of the proposed Centre shall be only in the specific ward as selected by us above and the selected location shall not be changed by us anytime during, and subsequent to the `New Center Registration Process-2008.
(ii) We are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and login account given by MKCL and fully responsible for all activities that occur there under.
(iii) MKCL reserves all rights regarding granting and/or rejecting authorization to us, without assigning any reason/s.

In case your application is rejected, MKCL will send the refund DD, drawn in favor of the concerned beneficiary(details of which are provided by AO while feeling the online application form)
